Michelle's team played their first two games of the season today winning the first game 15 to 0 and the second 11 to 1. Since they won their pool, they don't play until 5 pm tomorrow. That will lead to a late night for Sunday.
Back to the games. All of the girls had a least one good hit. They did a good job running the bases. They did a nice play fielding the ball on a bunt.
Some of Michelle's highlights: She hit a nice bunt getting 2 RBIs and ending up on third base. As catcher, she threw a girl out at second base. She and Rianne attempted it a couple of times without a positive result but on the third attempt they achieved success. In another play she threw the batter out at first. It was a beautiful day for a ball game, we look forward to tomorrow.
