David is busy working in the only dry area he can find on the property. Here he is framing the office area of the shop. When completed, it will have a large office, the all important poker room and a full bathroom with a laundry facility for all his (and the horses') dirty clothes.
I'm pretty excited about the really grimy laundry laundry facility!
